Pablo Antón Díaz is a strategic leader with over 16 years of experience designing and launching financial products across Latin America. He has led product management teams in Mexico, Brazil, and Peru, and driven UX research and design initiatives across Latin America, working for multilateral organizations, venture capital firms, and non-profit organizations. With deep expertise in fintech, inclusive finance, and microinsurance, Pablo has mobilized over $1.4 billion USD in loan portfolios through diverse innovative, human-centered solutions that are tailored to fit the needs of the populations they serve. Pablo holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a BSc in Economics from ITAM, and is fluent in four languages.
