Hannah Draper advises Consumers International on its digital rights strategy. Since 2022, she has directed Payne & Routledge, Ltd. (payneroutledge.com), a consultancy firm working in the areas of digital & information rights, public security, and social innovation. Draper previously worked as a program manager for the Open Society Foundations’ Information Program, where she led the organization's global digital rights program for almost a decade. She also co-founded and directed INDELA.fund — an initiative dedicated to advancing digital rights in Latin America. Draper holds a common law degree from the University of Ottawa, with a specialization in technology law, and a BA from the University of Guelph, with a focus on international development.
