      Iñigo Rumayor is a Mexican entrepreneur from Saltillo, Coahuila. From an early age, he showed an interest in business, helping to sell in the family business. He studied economics at the University of Pennsylvania, where he participated in several startup programs. In 2013, Iñigo co-founded Regalii, a platform that allowed immigrants in the United States to pay for services in their home countries. Regalii evolved into Arcus, a multi-rail payment platform and the second non-bank entity with a direct connection to SPEI in Mexico. In 2021, Arcus was acquired by Mastercard, marking the company's first acquisition in Latin America. After leaving Arcus (now Arcus by MasterCard), Iñigo decided to found Monato, a company dedicated to facilitating access to financial products and infrastructure for businesses. Throughout his career, Iñigo has held various roles, including founder, director, consultant, and mentor within the fintech ecosystem. His career reflects his entrepreneurial vision and dedication to improving the financial infrastructure in the region.
