Natalia Cueto is a strategist, entrepreneur, and financial technology expert with 23 years of experience forging a unique career in capital markets, Web3, FOREX, and corporate finance in Mexico and Latin America. Her career began in 2002 as an analyst and trader in the currency markets, before moving in 2012 to information product design for the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and INDEVAL, where she led key projects to optimize the country's financial infrastructure and digital transformation. As a Blockchain enthusiast and pioneer, she founded the Blockitlab innovation think tank in 2017 and has participated as an angel investor in various startups. She has also held leadership roles in innovation, such as director of Círculo de Crédito's C°Labs, and has shared her experience as a speaker and columnist in specialized media. She is currently the CEO and founder of VADI, Mexico's first crowdequity and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform based on blockchain technology. Its mission is to drive financial democratization by providing new avenues of access to capital for the region's FinTech ecosystem and SMEs.
