10:15 am - 1:00 pm	Hackathon session 1	Ideation & onboarding
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm	Lunch	You can continue to hack & lunch will be available
2:00 pm - 7:00 pm	Hackathon session 2	Building & prototyping
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm	Dinner	You can continue to hack & dinner will be available
8:00 pm - 12:00 am	Hackathon session 2 continues	Iterate & evolve
Day 2 - Nov 9, 2025
12:00 am - 7:00 am	Hackathon session 2 continues	Overnight hacking: quiet & focused time
7:00 am - 8:00 am	Breakfast	You can continue to hack & breakfast will be available
8:00 am - 10:00 am	Finalize work & mentors review code	Make sure your code is ready for review Teams pair with a mentor for a code review & to showcase their demo Finalise work by ⭐ 10:00 am ⭐
10:00 am - 11:00 am	Presentation Preparation	All teams prepare for presenting Mentors shortlist teams to present on stage All participants do a tech check to make sure they can present & demo from laptop
11:00 am - 2:30 pm	Presentations	Announce the teams shortlisted to present Shortlisted teams present to everyone 5 minutes per presentation
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm	Lunch	Lunch will be available Judges deliberate over lunch
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm	Awards ceremony & closing remarks	Judges announce the winning teams & present awards
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm	Networking	Drinks & snacks are available
2025 Hackathon ends
